  • 1.食材准备。
  • 2.稼祺藜麦开水煮15分钟,沥干备用。
  • 3.将蛋黄分离出来,加入1勺淀粉搅拌均匀。
  • 4.将牛奶、淡奶油和白糖混合,并搅拌至白糖融化。(可选择加热)。
  • 5.将二三步混合搅均匀,并过滤成细腻的蛋挞液。
  • 6.将蛋挞液和藜麦米放入蛋挞皮中,放入烤箱,220度烤25分钟即可。
  • 7.美味出炉咯。
