Steps to make 烤虾串

  • 1.大虾去虾脑虾肠,剪去虾须,洗净沥干水,放入容器中,调入盐鸡精孜然粉和新奥尔良腌料,用筷子搅拌均匀。
  • 2.用竹签串好,放入烤盘中。
  • 3.取一小碗,调入孜然粉,新奥尔良腌料和玉米油,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.均匀的将调好的油刷在虾的表面。
  • 5.送入事先预热好的烤箱中层,上下火230度,10分钟。
  • 6.取出翻面,同样刷一层调制好的油。
  • 7.再次送入烤箱中层,上下火230度,5分钟。
  • 8.出炉后趁热食用。
  • 9.成品图。
