今年北方热的比往年都早,现在已经达到了三十六七度和三伏天没啥区别,在炎炎的夏日冰品是最好的选择,吃一块立马就凉快了,但是外面的一块小小的冰糕保质期都是18个月至2年,添加剂几十种你还敢吃吗?自己做冰糕很简单,纯纯的水果,不用再怕胖真的是太棒了,无论从口感和造型上都是我最喜欢的,为了家人的健康自己来吧。。

    Steps to make 纯水果冰糕

    • 1.芒果和香蕉去皮。
    • 2.把芒果和香蕉切片。
    • 3.放进料理杯里,用料理棒打成泥状。
    • 4.很细腻的。
    • 5.樱桃和香蕉备用。
    • 6.把樱桃去核,香蕉切片。
    • 7.放入料理机打成泥。
    • 8.把硅胶冰糕模具插上冰糕棍。
    • 9.把樱桃泥过一下筛,把它直接倒入冰糕模具。
    • 10.芒果的不用过筛倒入模具,入冰箱冷冻约2个小时即可冻硬。
    • 11.拿出脱模即可,轻轻一推冰糕即可脱模。
    • 12.看粉色是樱桃的,我最喜欢的口味,酸酸甜甜,芒果是黄色的,淡淡的芒果味道。
    • 13.黄色芒果冰糕。
    • 14.粉色樱桃冰糕。
