甜到忧伤的奶油杯子蛋糕
看了4季的破产姐妹,最大的心愿就是吃到max的杯子蛋糕,那些小蛋糕看着就让人食欲大动,终于这一天我找来了君之大大的配方,做出了我梦寐以求的杯子蛋糕。

Details of ingredients

  • 低筋面粉100g
  • 黄油200g
  • 细砂糖70g
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 泡打粉2.5ml
  • 牛奶60ml
  • 糖粉50g
  • 朗姆酒10g
  • 柠檬汁10g
  • 蜂蜜15g
  • 炼乳20g
  • 香草精1.25ml

Steps to make 甜到忧伤的奶油杯子蛋糕

  • 1.一如既往的准备好材料吧!(图内只有制作蛋糕的材料,奶油霜的材料并没有照进去哦)
  • 2.把低筋面粉和泡打粉一起过筛
  • 3.加入细砂糖,拌匀
  • 4.加入打散的鸡蛋,牛奶(30ml),还有融化的黄油(100g),黄油放入微波炉,30-40s就会融化了
  • 5.用橡皮刮刀彻底搅拌均匀
  • 6.直到成为光滑的面糊,就可以把面糊装入模具了,昨天新买了个挤面糊的东西就迫不及待的来试试了!)没有这个就用勺子也是可以的。。。)
  • 7.每个模具装个2/3满就行了,把装好的放到预热好到185度的烤箱,烤15~20分钟就可以了
  • 8.这个等待的时间里我们就来做装饰用的奶油霜,黄油(100g)软化之后加入糖粉,用打蛋器打5分钟左右
  • 9.打成蓬松的样子就好了
  • 10.一次性加入蜂蜜,炼乳,香草精,朗姆酒,柠檬汁,再用打蛋器打匀
  • 11.接着加入剩下的30ml牛奶,继续打匀
  • 12.打成光滑细致的状态就可以用了
  • 13.这个时候蛋糕差不多也好了,拿出来后,冷却到室温,再开始做装饰,把蛋糕上的尖尖用刀切掉,再切成两半
  • 14.把裱花袋装好奶油霜,挤成自己喜欢的样子,用刮刀抹平,再用刚切下来的尖头做个小装饰~当当当,这样蛋糕就完成了!
