  • 1.法式羊排与蔬菜色拉包装。
  • 2.食材包。
  • 3.黄油放锅里小火融化。
  • 4.放入面包糠和香草翻拌均匀后小火翻炒至呈焦糖色盛出。
  • 5.羊排上撒适量盐和胡椒粉。
  • 6.倒入橄榄油,放入羊排和迷迭香。
  • 7.煎至两面上色。
  • 8.取出放进铺好锡纸的烤盘。
  • 9.烤箱预热185度,180度烤20分钟。
  • 10.这时拌色拉,放入蔬菜包,倒入羊奶芝士和芥末酱核桃碎拌匀。
  • 11.烤好的羊排,抹上芥末酱,再沾裹上炒好的面包糠。
