鲫鱼萝卜汤

Steps to make 鲫鱼萝卜汤

  • 1.将主材料的鲫鱼去掉内脏鱼鳞,白萝卜去皮洗净处理好。
  • 2.姜葱白萝卜切好。
  • 3.上锅入适量油,将鲫鱼煎至两面微黄。
  • 4.放入葱姜煸炒一下。
  • 5.加入适量的清水。
  • 6.盖紧煮个八九分钟左右至鱼汤变白。
  • 7.加入切好的萝卜,盖紧煮至萝卜熟透。
  • 8.加入适合自己口味的盐和适量的胡椒粉关火。
  • 9.成品装入汤盆,滴入几滴香油即可享用。瞧~奶白色的鱼汤口感杠杠滴。
