香菇肉片青菜粥
最近天气不稳定,一会暴雨倾盆凉爽,一会艳阳高照热得发昏,温度跟过山车似的,人很难受,吃饭也没味。我家厨房西晒,夏天做饭热得来。今天不想做饭,做个菜粥,有肉有菜,简单美味,一锅出。电饭锅煮粥,省却明火的火热烘烤,简单方便。

  • 榨菜丝半袋

Steps to make 香菇肉片青菜粥

  • 1.米淘洗干净,加1汤匙玉米油拌匀,泡半小时。
  • 2.电饭锅先烧水。
  • 3.在煮粥的时候,将瘦肉切薄片或丝,切一点姜丝,1汤匙料酒,一点点盐,抓揉均匀。
  • 4.水烧开后,倒入大米,注意要用勺子兜底扒几下,防止米粒沉底粘在锅上,然后正常煮粥程序。
  • 5.新鲜香菇切片,焯水一分钟,然后捞起备用。
  • 6.粥煮到倒计时20-30分钟左右的时候,倒入肉片,用筷子将肉片扒散,防止成团。
  • 7.倒入香菇,拌匀,盖上继续煮。
  • 8.生菜洗干净切丝。
  • 9.在最后5分钟的时候,加一点榨菜丝。
  • 10.倒入生菜丝。
  • 11.加入大半勺盐。
  • 12.拌匀,盖上煮到最后时间结束。这样就好了。
