蔓越莓绿豆饼

Steps to make 蔓越莓绿豆饼

  • 1.脱皮绿豆加3-4倍的水,放冰箱冷藏浸泡8小时以上。

  • 3.蒸好的绿豆加牛奶和热水,放到料理机打成泥状。
  • 4.放入柏翠面包机,加黄油,选择翻炒功能。
  • 5.一个程序炒成稍干的状态后,加入蜂蜜和砂糖,再选择一个翻炒程序,炒至用手可以捏成团,不粘手的状态。
  • 6.面团取出,加切好的蔓越莓碎,揉匀。
  • 7.分成30克一个的面团。
  • 8.揉捏成团,放入绿豆糕模具。
  • 9.在烤盘中用力压出想要的花型。
  • 10.压好的绿豆糕马上盖保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏,凉了以后更好吃,清凉解暑。
