Steps to make 栗蓉馅

  • 1.板栗去壳剥肉,清洗干净。
  • 2.放入高压锅中,加水烧煮,盖盖烧上汽后转小火15分钟。
  • 3.板栗熟透,用勺子压成泥,也可以用料理机,打的板栗泥会更细腻,不过我觉得有点颗粒感更好吃。
  • 4.板栗泥放到不粘锅中,加入油和糖翻炒,炒至出现明显的纹路,而且有一定厚重的浓稠度就可以了,不用炒得太干,因为栗子馅放凉以后,会变得更浓稠。
  • 5.香甜细腻的板栗馅,做饼馅、包子馅,或抹蛋糕、面包都是好东东。
