洋葱鸡丁炸酱面
单位请来了一位老外,教大家学习外语、练习口语,为参加省局的一个英语竞赛做准备,我也有幸参加了学习。在和老外练习口语交谈时他问我周末干什么了,我就说在做饭,做炸酱面!他很感兴趣也很喜欢,说这是中国的美食,很好吃!然后又摇头说:他总是不会用筷子!吃个面条老是吃不到嘴里。。。
   我们还玩笑地说以后请他吃饭就吃炸酱面!
   下课后,我却突发奇想,何不用老外喜欢的螺旋粉(意粉、意面)来当面,做道螺旋粉的炸酱面呢!
   一直以来,我家买的螺旋粉(意粉、意面)仅仅是做西餐时用,配着牛排佐餐,或者做黑椒意面沙拉,还真没把那玩意儿当面条吃。既然【炸酱面】可以花样做,我何不试试用螺旋粉当面条做一次中西合璧的炸酱面呢!
   用咱欣和的各种酱,做出美味的炸酱卤;再用老外的螺旋粉,做出配卤的面!中国式的“健康快餐”就应该我们自己做主,想怎么吃就怎么吃!

    Steps to make 洋葱鸡丁炸酱面

    • 1.准备材料。
    • 2.将鸡胸脯切小丁,用料酒、生抽和生粉腌制10分钟。
    • 3.洋葱切小丁备用。
    • 4.西兰花切成小朵用开水焯一下。
    • 5.将欣和的甜面酱、黄豆酱、豆瓣酱混合均匀。
    • 6.锅内放少许油,爆炒鸡丁。
    • 7.倒入洋葱丁。
    • 8.翻炒均匀后倒入欣和的三种混合酱。
    • 9.搅拌均匀。如果卤料太干了可以稍微添加一点水。炒匀收汁即可。
    • 10.将螺旋粉倒入加少许盐的开水中,大火煮开后改中火。根据螺旋粉的质量要求煮至柔软即可。捞出后过水。
    • 11.将西兰花摆好。倒入螺旋粉。
    • 12.浇炸酱卤。拌均即可食用。
