焦糖香蕉派
家里有香蕉就做起了香蕉派,比起苹果派没有它的脆爽,但是也有焦糖和香蕉的甜滑,这次派皮是用的别人的做法,做起来也很简单。

Steps to make 焦糖香蕉派

  • 1.首先是做派皮,派皮所用到的材料:面粉150G、黄油130G、盐2G、水75G。130G黄油切成1厘米左右的块状,与面粉混合均匀
  • 2.混合均匀后中间弄个坑,加入水
  • 3.用2个橡皮刮板来和面,黄油没有吸收也没事,和好面后再用手捏成面团,用保鲜膜包好放入冰箱冷藏1小时
  • 4.冷藏好的面团取出用擀面杖擀成片,保鲜膜包着不会粘擀面杖哦擀好后去掉保鲜膜,拿台面上来擀,撒玉米淀粉防粘哈
  • 5.擀成片后然后这样折起来
  • 6.然后再对折。对折后再擀成长方形的片,重复4-6步4次后用保鲜膜包好松驰15分钟,松驰好后再这重复4-6步,至面团擀至很有弹性。(多擀几次黄油就会吸收掉,多擀擀分层才会分的好,次数自己把握)
  • 7.面团再松驰15分钟后擀成片状,要比派模口径大就可以了,盖上保鲜膜待用
  • 8.开始做派馅了。材料:水65G、黄油50G、香蕉4根(香蕉根据派模大小可增减)细砂糖80G。奶锅里放入水和细砂糖,小火煮至呈焦黄色,颜色不用太深
  • 9.煮糖的时候把香蕉切开待用
  • 10.奶锅煮至呈黄色后加入黄油煮至黄油溶化
  • 11.煮好的焦糖黄油倒入派模中
  • 12.然后把切好的香蕉摆入派盘
  • 13.用口径和派模差不多大 盘子把擀好的面片压出圆形来
  • 14.压好的圆形面片盖在香蕉上面,四周都包好
  • 15.烤箱提前以上火200度下火180度预热,预热好后把香蕉派放入烤箱中层烤15分钟取出
  • 16.取出后放凉几分钟后用一个口径大一点的盘子倒扣过来即可
