  • 1.所有材料
  • 2.盆内放入高粉,鸡蛋,白糖,盐,奶粉
  • 3.酵母用温水化开,开始和面

  • 6.采取摔打面团和搓衣服的方式让面团出膜
  • 7.放在面包机内开始发酵
  • 8.发酵后的面团有两倍大小
  • 9.取出用擀面杖排气
  • 10.分为八个等份,盖上保鲜膜,醒15分钟
  • 11.10克蛋液和葱花混合
  • 12.取一个面团擀成长条
  • 13.撒上葱花 在撒肉松
  • 14.卷起来,用刀切开
  • 15.放在烤盘上
  • 16.烤箱底部放开水,二次发酵50分钟
  • 17.发酵后拿出来刷上蛋液,撒上芝麻
  • 18.烤箱预热180度10分钟,开始180度烤25分钟
  • 19.出炉了
  • 20.看拉丝效果
