山药炒木耳

Steps to make 山药炒木耳

  • 1.木耳提前20分钟在清水中充分泡发。
  • 2.山药去皮后斜切成段,再切成菱形状。
  • 3.冲洗两遍后泡浸在清水中。
  • 4.红椒去籽切片,葱切段。
  • 5.锅内烧开水,放入木耳和山药片焯一下水。
  • 6.冲两遍清水后,沥干水份。
  • 7.锅内加油烧热,下山药片、木耳,红椒大火翻炒几下。
  • 8.最后下葱段,调入适量盐和鸡精翻炒入味。
  • 9.成品图。
