希腊酸奶其实就是脱乳清酸奶,是将酸奶、滤去乳清后的产物,其粘稠度介于酸奶和奶酪之间,依然保留了酸奶独特的酸味。值得一提的是希腊酸奶,通过特殊的滤除工艺,去掉了大部分的糖、乳糖以及乳清,使得其与奶油一样浓稠。在相同单位下,希腊酸奶所含有的蛋白质营养是传统酸奶的两倍,同时所含热量又是传统酸奶的一半。对于喜欢奶油口感、少糖的消费者来说,希腊酸奶绝对是健康美味的食品。

Steps to make 希腊酸奶,高蛋白低热量的健康甜品

  • 1.前期准备:1升纯牛奶,1包双枝杆菌,一部酸奶机。
  • 2.用沸水对容器消毒后,倒入纯牛奶,然后加入1包双枝杆菌,拌均匀。
  • 3.放入酸奶机,并加入温水,发酵8-9个小时。
  • 4.发酵完毕后,趁热加入细砂糖,拌均匀,然后放入冰箱冷藏钝化4个小时。
  • 5.纱布用沸水煮一下,进行消毒。乳清过滤器用温水烫一下。将纱布放入乳清过滤器。
  • 6.将钝化过的酸奶倒入乳清过滤器,放入冰箱冷藏24个小时。
  • 7.经过24个小时过滤,酸奶中的乳清被滤出,剩下脱乳清酸奶。
  • 8.滤出的乳清营养价值高,味道好,像是我们平时喝的益力多。
  • 9.盒子里的希腊酸奶口感棉滑,介于酸奶和奶酪之间,非常好吃
