  • 1.将面包材料(除豆沙馅和黑芝麻外)全部放入面包机里,按照先液体,再将盐与糖对角放,最后放粉类,中间放酵母,和面至扩展阶段,
  • 2.一发至原来2倍大,
  • 3.取出排气,分成10份,一份大约57克左右,滚圆静置15分钟,
  • 4.取一个面团擀圆,中间包入适量豆沙馅,
  • 5.用手轻轻按扁,
  • 6.再用瓶盖在中间按一个圆,用刀在周围切出花纹,
  • 7.烤盘上铺上油纸,将整好形的面包放在上面,
  • 8.二发至原来2倍大,表面刷全蛋液,中间撒上黑芝麻,
  • 9.烤箱预热,上下火,中层,170度,烤35分钟左右,
