果酱夹心海绵蛋糕
海绵蛋糕是全蛋的搅拌方式制作出的面糊。蓬松原理是利用蛋白气泡性能,是蛋液中冲入大量的空气。加入面粉考出的蛋糕的结构很多孔,类似于海绵,因而得名海面蛋糕。因为是全蛋打发,需要时间比较长,需要一点点的耐心,全程需要15分钟左右。

  • 玉米油30ml

Steps to make 果酱夹心海绵蛋糕

  • 1.称量好制作蛋糕食材。
  • 2.将低粉过筛备用。
  • 3.将4个鸡蛋打入不锈钢的盆中。
  • 4.用打蛋器低速将鸡蛋打成粗泡。
  • 5.然后倒入100克的砂糖。
  • 6.高速打发15分钟左右。
  • 7.全蛋液打发至提起打蛋器头部,蛋液不会滴落。
  • 8.将玉米油倒入全蛋液中,继续搅拌均匀。(10秒)
  • 9.分三次加入过好筛的面粉,并用硅胶刀轻轻翻拌均匀。
  • 10.烤盘上铺一张油纸,将拌好的面糊倒入烤盘,振出大泡。
  • 11.烤箱180°预热,上下火,中层。放入烤盘,烤18分钟。
  • 12.冷却后脱模。
  • 13.切成自己喜欢的小块。
  • 14.加入果酱。
  • 15.两片为一组。
  • 16.美味的果酱夹心海绵蛋糕,作为早餐是特别合适的。
