Steps to make 甜蜜の祝福——芭比翻糖蛋糕

  • 1.蛋白蛋黄分离,放入无水无油的深容器,用打蛋器将蛋白打出粗泡
  • 2.分3次加入100g白糖,高速打成“倒杯不洒”的状态
  • 3.蛋黄里加入剩下的60g糖,用打蛋器打发至颜色变浅,体积蓬松
  • 4.分三次倒入溶化的黄油
  • 5.并用打蛋器继续搅打成浓稠的蛋黄糊
  • 6.盛1/3蛋白到蛋黄糊里,用橡皮刮刀从底部往上翻拌的方式拌匀,拌匀后,倒回蛋白碗里,继续翻拌成浓稠的状态
  • 7.可可粉、泡打粉和低筋面粉混合后过筛
  • 8.用橡皮刮刀继续以翻拌的形式,快速翻拌,直到形成均匀的蛋糕面糊
  • 9.将拌好的面糊倒入模具,轻磕出大气泡,放入预热好175度的烤箱里,烤35分钟左右.(这步烤了一半才想起来拍照TAT)
  • 10.倒扣放凉后脱模
  • 11.芭比消毒用保鲜膜包好
  • 12.“穿上裙子”
  • 13.蛋白糖霜:蛋清1个,黄油30g,糖粉60g,所有材料都放在一起,用打蛋器打发即可
  • 14.涂抹在蛋糕胚表面作为粘合剂
  • 15.制作翻糖婚纱
  • 16.翻糖玫瑰:现在牙签上做个花心
  • 17.翻糖糕杆成薄片,用模具压出花瓣
  • 18.一层层包裹成花朵
  • 19.食用色粉上色,完成
  • 20.装饰在裙子上
  • 21.也可以做成简单素花版的^_^
