  • 黄金芝士粉7克
  • 牛奶45克
  • 淡奶油120克
  • 蛋液36克
  • 细砂糖35克
  • 4克
  • 酵母6克
  • 黄油35克

Steps to make 黄金芝士吐司

  • 1.后油法,除黄油以外的所有原料都放进面包机,揉至扩展阶段,再加入黄油揉至完成阶段。
  • 2.盖上保鲜膜发酵至2.5倍大。
  • 3.将发酵好的面团排气擀开,底片捏薄。
  • 4.由上而下卷起。
  • 5.入模,将模子合盖锁住,放烤箱内二次发酵,烤箱内放入一杯温水,以保持烤箱内的湿度,待面团发酵至面团距离模子约1厘米时。
  • 6.入预热烤箱中下层170度40分钟左右。 烤时一定要注意观察,上色差不多就盖锡纸。
