章鱼炒韭葶
韭菜葶也叫香葶、韭葶,不知道别人怎么叫它,就是韭菜开花抽出的那个葶,顶头有个花苞。
味道很像韭菜,但比韭菜香,韭菜葶可以炒肉,炒鸡蛋,或是放在其他菜里提味儿,比如豆芽菜,都很好吃。
章鱼又叫八爪鱼、八带鱼,章鱼炒韭葶一直被称为是经典的做法,经典的味道!

  • 1.将章鱼砂囊摘除清洗干净。

  • 6.热锅冷油爆香姜丝。
  • 7.放入章鱼大火翻炒。
  • 8.迅速加入韭菜和盐,料酒,糖翻炒几下即可出。
