  • 1.酸奶机内桶及内盖用开水烫一下
  • 2.将烫桶的热水倒入一些进外桶内,一会儿热水就能变成温水,不用担心它会把酸奶菌烫死
  • 3.鲜牛奶和酸奶菌准备好
  • 4.将鲜牛奶倒入内桶中,再倒入酸奶菌
  • 5.用干净烫过的勺子将其混合均匀
  • 6. 盖上内盖,将桶放入外桶内,外桶内的水量以不超过内桶高为宜;通电,自动加热
  • 7. 6-8个小时,酸奶就做好了,液体牛奶凝固成酸奶了,像嫩嫩的豆腐脑状
  • 8.酸奶入冰箱冷藏数小时后,用干净的勺子取适量放在杯中,再根据口味将水果丁或者蜂蜜加入其中
