  • 1.准备:普通面粉,黑全麦面粉1:1比例。
  • 2.加入酵母粉,木糖醇。
  • 3.分多次加入水用筷子搅拌成大面絮。
  • 4.放入厨师机桶启动和面程序5分钟。
  • 5.和成光滑面团,于室内自然发酵。
  • 6.自己晒的梅干菜心泡软后清洗一下,去掉部分咸味。
  • 7.将梅干菜切碎,剁点蒜末,红葱头末。
  • 8.准备:猪肉末。
  • 9.将梅干菜,蒜末,红葱头末,肉末放入大碗面,添加蚝油,香油,盐,分多次加入少许水顺一个方向搅拌均匀,馅料就好了。
  • 10.约90分钟,发好的面。
  • 11.多揉揉排气,分成大小均匀的小面团。
  • 12.擀成包子皮中间厚边薄。
  • 13.放入适量的馅料,按自己喜欢的方式包成包子。
  • 14.依次包好放入蒸锅里二次醒发15-20分钟,冷水起蒸20分,再虚焖5分钟即可。
