麻香葱油饼
特制的葱油酥,特殊的卷法,特意添加的芝麻,造就了一款好吃不难做的麻香葱油饼。金黄的颜色,酥脆的口感,忍不住要多吃几口。

Steps to make 麻香葱油饼

  • 1.酵母和白糖用温水化开。
  • 2.在面粉里加入泡打粉,用酵母水顺着一个方向打成穗子,再和成面团,放入盆中醒发。
  • 3.锅上火,倒入油,放入大葱段、也可以放入两个大料、炼葱香油,当大葱炸成金红色,大料炸成黑褐色的时候,将葱香油浇入面粉制成葱油酥。
  • 4.将面团擀成薄片,抹一层葱油酥。
  • 5.撒上盐、葱花、芝麻,再将面片卷起,成条状。
  • 6.顺着饼身用刀切开。
  • 7.刀口向上并排排列,薄薄的刷一层油。
  • 8.将面抻一抻,从一头开始盘成螺丝转儿,将面头压在下面,轻轻地两面擀一擀。
  • 9.电饼铛预热,刷一层油,下锅烙熟即可。
