酱香萝卜丝——米粥的绝配

  • 1.所需食材:白萝卜、小葱、姜、味精、川椒、花椒、八角、胡椒粉、糖、盐、白芝麻。
  • 2.萝卜擦丝。
  • 3.放两勺盐。
  • 4.拌匀腌十分钟,杀出水分。腌萝卜时准备酱料。
  • 5.葱姜切好。
  • 6.凉锅凉油。
  • 7.放入葱、姜、川椒、八角、花椒翻炒,全程最小火,慢慢煸炒出香味。
  • 8.放入酱油。
  • 9.放入白胡椒粉。
  • 10.放入少量糖。
  • 11.关火后放味精。
  • 12.关火晾凉。
  • 13.这时萝卜丝也腌好了,出了好多水。
  • 14.淘洗两三次,把盐的苦涩味洗掉。
  • 15.挤出水分。
  • 16.把酱料倒。
  • 17.最后放白芝麻拌匀。
  • 18.可以少放一点香油,也可以不放。这样拌好就完成了。可以装瓶里放冰箱保存,但最好也要尽快吃完。
  • 19.做好的萝卜丝可以直接吃。如果想配色好看一点,吃的时候取一顿的量用葱花拌一下。
