  • 三文鱼300g
  • 综合生菜150g
  • 樱桃番茄50g
  • 牛油果1个
  • 洋葱1/4个
  • 1/2茶匙
  • 黑胡椒碎1茶匙
  • 干罗勒2茶匙
  • 辣椒粉1茶匙
  • 2瓣
  • 柠檬半个
  • 橄榄油一汤匙
  • 香菜一棵
  • 黑胡椒1/2茶匙

Steps to make 罗勒香蒜烤三文鱼

  • 1.三文鱼洗净擦干水分,切成一人份大小
  • 2.准备一只碗,蒜在碗中磨成泥
  • 3.加入黑胡椒和盐
  • 4.加入辣椒粉和干罗勒
  • 5.混合半个柠檬汁和1/4柠檬皮碎
  • 6.加入橄榄油搅拌均匀
  • 7.把前几步准备好的调味汁均匀涂满三文鱼,静置15分钟
  • 8.烤箱预热200℃,烤盘垫油纸,烘焙15分钟
  • 9.蔬菜处理成适口大小,摆放盘中
  • 10.制作牛油果酱,牛油果切开去核,切成小块,放入搅拌机
  • 11.在搅拌机中加入切块洋葱,香菜,盐,黑胡椒,半个柠檬汁,搅打成细腻的糊状
  • 12.在蔬菜沙拉上放上煎好的三文鱼和牛油果沙司就可以端上餐桌了
