火龙花益气鸡汤
炖一碗食材丰富的汤,有时候根本不需要有什么厨艺,只需要把食材一起放进去即可,这对于不会做饭,又想喝碗热汤的人来说,有个养生壶确实挺方便。
就拿这碗鸡汤来说,里面的食材有鸡腿、党参、山药火龙果花、,不仅营养丰富,还能提高人体的免疫力。在冬季这种容易产生流感的敏感时期,多喝些鸡汤对可以将流感病毒拒之门外,而对于那些已被流感病毒俘虏的患者来讲,则可以减轻感冒带来的痛苦。
因为我不喜欢吃炖出来的鸡肉,所以没有选择整鸡,用了两个小鸡腿就特别方便了。党参能补气也能养血,所以气血两虚、气短心悸、疲倦乏力、面色苍白、头昏眼花、胃口不好、大便稀软、容易感冒的人,也宜服用党参。我觉得党参适合与肉类一起炖煮,味道会更好些。而山药也具有健脾益气的作用,所以我也适当加了些,希望功效可以加叠。
火龙果花富含植物蛋白,可以排除体内的重金属,还可以防治便秘,预防肠癌,并且具有抗氧化、抗衰老、软化血管、保护心脑血管的作用。从美容角度来说,火龙果花还具有明目、降水的功效。
至于吃法嘛,火龙果花花可以泡茶饮、凉拌、清炒、炖菜、煲汤,我觉得只有新鲜的花才适合清炒吧,像这种干花,也就适合煲汤了。

Steps to make 火龙花益气鸡汤

  • 1.鸡腿冷水下锅,放入两片姜,煮至水开。
  • 2.火龙果花轻轻取出,抖下浮尘,放入水中浸泡一下捞出。
  • 3.党参冲洗一下,然后和鸡腿、火龙果花一起放入养生壶中,加入1500亳水。
  • 4.把山药去皮切成片,把粘液冲冼掉,放入养生壶中,盖盖按下养生汤程序,就不用管了。
  • 5.煲汤时间为一小时,时间结束后会有蜂鸣提示音,然后加入适量盐和味精即可。
