    Steps to make 木瓜银耳莲子养生汤

    • 1.准备食材:木瓜
    • 2.一半作为碗用(把周边的肉再用刀刮掉一些,盛的汤会多些),另一半切块。
    • 3.百香果,一半用于泡茶、做饮料,香、甜中带酸,可放可不放,可自己琢磨。
    • 4.红豆、薏米、银耳、莲子、百合浸泡半个小时,西米待汤快好时,直接放下去就可以了。(不用浸泡,不然就废了)
    • 5.桂圆、红枣稍微过一下水,洗干净即可。
    • 6.先往电饭煲中放入莲子、红豆、薏米、百合、冰糖、红糖(用于调色,这样汤的颜色会更好看。)。
    • 7.水沸腾后,再添加红枣、桂圆。
    • 8.最后放入西米,木瓜最后放。另一半做碗用的木瓜放在上面蒸。(水果稍微温一下就可以,太烂了口感不佳。)
    • 9.待水粘稠便大功告成。这时可以把百香果放进去,搅拌一下。熬这种东西,得慢慢来,熬过了,便是美好。(花了两个多小时,才完成。)
