西米珍珠圆子

  • 1.原料:西米,澄粉,糯米粉,花生馅,紫薯,糖,猪油。
  • 2.西米在冷水中浸泡1分钟捞出沥干水分,浸泡时间不能长,否则西米会散开。
  • 3.澄粉加入90克滚开水烫熟,加入猪油,糖 糯米粉和适量的水揉成面团。
  • 4.紫薯蒸熟,分一块面团和其揉成紫色面团。
  • 5.两种颜色的面团分别下成小剂子包入馅心,做成圆子。
  • 6.放入开水中煮2分钟捞出。
  • 7.捞出的圆子沥一下水分,趁热裹上浸泡过的西米。
  • 8.把裹好西米的圆子放入蒸笼蒸10分钟左右,西米呈透明状即可。
