    Steps to make 紫菜饭卷

    • 1.米饭煮熟后,立刻倒入适量的糖醋拌匀,稍放凉待用。
    • 2.黄瓜洗净削皮切成长条再去掉囊,火腿肠去外衣,也切成长条,鸡蛋打散煎成蛋饼后,也切成条状,待用。
    • 3.将卷帘平铺好,上面放上紫菜片(光滑的一面朝下)。
    • 4.在紫菜片的表面均匀铺上米饭,用饭勺稍稍压实,留出3CM左右的边。
    • 5.底边上排好黄瓜条,火腿条和鸡蛋条。
    • 6.双手卷起卷帘,象卷蛋糕卷一样将其卷成卷,用两手将紫菜饭卷握实后,再松去卷帘。
    • 7.如上操作将剩余的紫菜饭卷做完。
    • 8.用带齿的刀沾一沾凉开水后,将紫菜饭卷两头切除后,再切成喜欢厚度的块即可,食用时可以蘸上日本芥末和酱油。
