Steps to make 红糖果仁巧克力饼

  • 1.备低筋粉与其他材料,果仁不用碾太碎
  • 2.黄油、与红糖同放一起打均匀后加入蛋
  • 3.拌至红糖完全溶化
  • 4.加入过筛的低筋粉、巧克力粉、盐、泡打粉
  • 5.粉类与糖油混合均匀
  • 6.加入碎果仁
  • 7.所有材料料均匀后放冰箱冷藏30分钟
  • 8.把面团分小份放在烤盘里
  • 9.烤箱180度,把饼坯烤30分钟左右
  • 10.出炉,晾凉即可食用
