玉米糁(小美版)
北方农村的一种吃食,玉米糁(shēn)子。成熟晒干的玉米去皮,也可以不去皮,上磨子粉碎成小颗粒,像粗沙子,也可磨成很细的细沙状,吃的时候烧开了水,一手拿勺子,一手把粉碎的玉米小颗粒均匀的撒入锅内,加适量碱面,等锅烧开两三次后,黄黄的、滑滑的,香喷喷的玉米糁子就做好了。农村的柴火灶熬出来的最香,煤气灶熬既费时味道也差点,今天用我的厨房小帮手来做,轻松省事,味道好极啦。

  • 1.玉米糁用水冲洗干净,如果是自己家磨得就不用洗,熬出来更粘稠。
  • 2.倒入主锅,加清水,以我的经验,水和米的比例1:10熬出来粘稠度最好,想喝稀一点的可适量多加水。
  • 3.加小半勺碱面,加碱煮出来的粥粘稠香浓,特别是煮玉米面粥,但是会破坏营养素,为了好吃,我还是加了。
  • 4.选择时间50分钟,温度100度,速度反转小勺。如果主锅上蒸东西,温度改为V。好了,交给小美,我去准备小菜。
  • 5.音乐响起,美味即成。
  • 6.软烂适口、黄灿灿、香喷喷的玉米糁做好了。
  • 7.粘稠顺滑,鲜香美味。
  • 8.配上炒绿辣子、浆水菜或芥菜丝,一口菜、一口浓稠鲜香的玉米糁,舒坦。
