Steps to make 简单戚风

  • 1.蛋黄,蛋白分离,分别装入无油无水的容器中。
  • 2.蛋白中滴入几滴柠檬汁,加入糖,打发至湿性发泡。
  • 3.清水,食用油,蛋黄和过筛的低粉混合。
  • 4.用蛋抽搅打均匀,越均匀越好,搅打至无干粉。
  • 5.取三分之一的蛋白霜和蛋黄液翻拌均匀。
  • 6.将拌好的蛋糕糊倒入剩余的蛋白霜中,翻拌均匀。
  • 7.将拌好的蛋糕糊倒入8寸圆模中,轻轻的晃动几下,再用力震几下,震出大气泡。
  • 8.送入事先预热好的烤箱下层,上下火150度,60分钟。(这是烤了30分钟时的样子)
  • 9.烤好后戴上隔热手套将蛋糕模取出,倒扣在烤架上,降温后即可脱模。
