红烧猪手

  • 1.猪手洗净。
  • 2.冷水下锅煮沸,待血水浮沫煮出来后捞出。
  • 3.洗净血水浮沫,用夹子夹掉外皮上的白毛,重新洗净。
  • 4.热锅热油下入姜片和八角爆香。
  • 5.倒入处理干净的猪手,加一大勺料酒爆炒一分钟。
  • 6.加入酱油和生抽和冰糖炒至上色。
  • 7.加一小勺食盐。
  • 8.炒匀后加漠过猪手的清水量。
  • 9.放两只干辣椒煮沸。
  • 10.倒入高压锅中,盖上锅盖,上气后中火压二十分钟左右即可。
