从小到大一直都爱吃玉米,记得小时候爸爸妈妈种的那种玉米不是现在市面上的甜玉米,但是那时的味道真的难忘,小时候每年妈妈种很多,一大早要起来煮好老爸送去市区卖!妈妈知道我爱吃都是会留下小盆,每次我都吃到肚子撑哈!小时候零食不多,所以这也算是零食咯!
玉米在所有主食中,玉米的营养价值和保健作用是最高的。
玉米中含有较多的粗纤维,比精米、精面高4-10倍。玉米中还含有大量镁,镁可加强肠壁蠕动,促进机体废物的排泄。玉米上述的成份与功能,对于减肥非常有利。玉米成熟时的花穗玉米须,有利尿作用,也对减肥有利。 玉米可煮汤代茶饮,也可粉碎后制作成玉米粉、玉米糕饼等。膨化后的玉米花体积很大,食后可消除肥胖人的饥饿感,但食后含热量很低,也是减肥的代用品之一。
爱上烘焙之后,就喜欢尝试,今年第一次做月饼,喜欢自己做馅料,营养又健康!爱吃的玉米做成馅料想想都美好!从这个玉米馅月饼开始,让我没想到是有人找我预定月饼!我的月饼季也是很忙的哈!没有尝试永远不知道自己也可以做到!预定者都说好吃,我的心理是如此美丽哈!更是坚持那份无添加剂食物!

Steps to make 玉米馅(广式月饼馅)

  • 1.两根大玉米剥好,洗干净,下锅煮熟,水没过玉米即可。
  • 2.煮熟捞出,玉米水留着备用!分两次放入搅拌机,同时放入白糖一起搅拌,每次水没过玉米即可。(水分太多炒至时间要久点)。
  • 3.搅拌中。
  • 4.搅拌好倒入平底不粘锅。
  • 5.炒至水分减少,颜色变深,分2次加入玉米油,每次都要等到油融入在加下一次。
  • 6.炒至成团不粘锅即可。
  • 7.装碗晾凉!等待做月饼吧!
  • 8.因为月饼模具是50克的,按35克玉米馅料!
  • 9.两根玉米做了11个广式月饼,因为是第一次尝试,没有拍下饼皮的量和制作过程!
