  • 生抽1勺

Steps to make 麻辣牛肉香锅

  • 1.准备材料,藕,青笋,土豆切片。姜蒜切片待用。
  • 2.牛肉洗干净切薄片,加入少量淀粉,生抽和料酒,1勺豆瓣酱混合均匀,腌制1小时。
  • 3.锅中放入适量的水,待水沸腾后,分次将配菜煮至7分熟。捞出沥干水待用。
  • 4.锅中倒入适量的菜籽油,等油熟烫之后下入姜片,洋葱爆炒出香。
  • 5.接着加入牛肉翻炒均匀,至出香。
  • 6.接着加入配菜和cook100香锅料,继续翻炒均匀。
  • 7.炒香之后加入花椒油,翻炒两下。
  • 8.接着加入熟白芝麻翻炒均匀,至牛肉熟透即可起锅。起锅前加入切好的芹菜和小米辣装盘就可以享受美味了。
