番茄酸汤虾滑
最近天气的温度真的不是一般的高呀,昨天晚上快八点居然还是30度 走出去感觉空气都是烫的 我是特别容易出汗那种所以夏天能让我出门的那都是过命的交情 每次和朋友在楼下运动她才开始出汗我已经汗如雨下了 不过这样排毒呀 所以皮肤一直都还挺好的 今天这道菜就很适合这个季节,很开胃特别适合小朋友哦 连一向很爱吃辣的老爹都说这个汤泡饭太赞了 而且虾的营养价值很高呀,也适合减肥的亲们。

  • 1.准备两个番茄,一个半切小丁,另外半个切片待用。

  • 11.番茄片,加入半勺生抽,少许盐鸡粉。
