  • 1.生蚝用刀背稍稍砸开点小口,用刀撬开,割开瑶柱的部分,留一半边,小心割手哦
  • 2.剩余的半边生蚝带壳洗净
  • 3.沥干水分放入烤盘
  • 4.大蒜切成碎末,洋葱切碎
  • 5.拌入韩式辣酱
  • 6.均匀放上生蚝上,放入烤箱中层190度烤制20分钟
