  • 1.面粉加少许盐和水活成面团,盖上蒸屉布稍微醒一下。
  • 2.醒面团的过程中,将西红柿洗净切成块,鸡蛋准备。
  • 3.揉好的面,团摊成大圆饼,切成自己喜欢的宽条,擀面饼的时候,案板上撒少许干面粉,以免面团粘在面板上。
  • 4.一半的面团切成面片,搭在面盆上,另一半的面团继续切成面片,准备就绪。
  • 5.锅中放葱姜蒜花椒油,然后将切好的西红柿放入锅中,中火煸炒。
  • 6.炒成泥状。
  • 7.加入清水烧开。
  • 8.鸡蛋打散加少许料酒搅匀。
  • 9.淋入鸡蛋液,先不要搅拌,等成型后再搅拌均匀。
  • 10.下入面片儿煮熟,锅中撒盐,味精调制适合的咸淡口。
