蒜茸蒸扇贝
以前去海鲜酒楼吃饭的时候,大多会点一个蒜茸扇贝。基本上是一人一个,吃得很不过瘾。特别是那个粉丝,那么美味,却只是上面小小的一筷子,实在是吊人胃口。自己做有一个好处,就是可以放足料,可以尽情的吃。

  • 红尖椒10g

  • 蒜头10g
  • 豆豉5g
  • 鸡粉3g
  • 蚝油3g
  • 胡椒粉1g
  • 生抽5g

Steps to make 蒜茸蒸扇贝

  • 1.将扇贝一剖两半,去内脏,葱切葱花,蒜切碎,蒜豆豉剁茸备用。
  • 2.热锅加30g油烧热,将油倒入盛放豆豉茸、葱、和蒜粒的小碗中。
  • 3.晾凉后加入鸡粉、蚝油、生抽、胡椒粉拌匀备用。
  • 4.把洗净的扇贝摆到碟子上均匀淋上调制好的调味料,蒸制5分钟
  • 5.取出后撒上葱花, 淋上热油。
