糖果肠饺

Steps to make 糖果肠饺

  • 1.准备原材料面粉和宝宝肠备用。
  • 2.面粉添加适量清水搅拌成絮状再活成面团。
  • 3.活好的面团醒制半个小时成光滑状。
  • 4.面条揉好切成小剂子干成饺子皮。
  • 5.宝宝肠放在饺子皮中间。
  • 6.包裹成饺子形状。
  • 7.用叉子在饺子两侧压出褶皱更加美观。
  • 8.锅中倒入油加热至七成热依次放入糖果肠饺炸起来。
  • 9.炸制过程中要不停的翻动饺子会慢慢漂浮起来。
  • 10.饺子炸至两面金黄色即可出锅享用。
  • 11.生菜洗净沥干水份摆入盘中再依次摆上炸好的糖果肠饺。
  • 12.搭配鹌鹑蛋和果盘营养丰富的不得了。
  • 13.宝宝肠一切为二看着就超级有食欲。
  • 14.淋上适量的番茄沙司吃起来口感别有一番滋味。
