喜欢曲奇香醇的味道,却还是对它又爱又恨。我猜大部分的人都和我有着一样纠结的心理,爱美食但又怕胖。虽然我们在美食面前一次次的打破自己减肥的誓言,却依然会在吃与不吃,做与不做间犹豫徘徊~~

  • 糖粉35g
  • 抹茶粉10g
  • 鸡蛋25g
  • 香草粉1g

Steps to make 抹茶曲奇

  • 1.材料大合集
  • 2.黄油室温下软化,加入糖粉和白砂糖,打发至颜色变浅,体积变大
  • 3.分三次加入蛋液,每一次加入后都要与黄油搅打安全
  • 4.低粉和抹茶粉以及香草粉,过筛后倒入盆中
  • 5.上下翻拌均匀后倒入裱花袋中,挤出曲奇形状(忘记照挤好的样子了)
  • 6.烤箱190度,上下火,中层,烤15分钟即可
