Steps to make 醋溜绿豆芽

  • 1.准备糖醋汁,小碗中加2匙陈醋(可以用米醋),1匙白糖,比例2:1就可以,拌匀备用
  • 2.绿豆芽洗净控干备用
  • 3.葱姜蒜切好备用
  • 4.锅里加油,冷油加适量的花椒和八角,小火煸香,然后捞出来
  • 5.加葱姜蒜干辣椒煸香
  • 6.加控好水(一定要控干水)的豆芽,大火快速翻炒几下
  • 7.加糖醋汁和适量的盐
  • 8.炒几下,熟了马上关火离开,不要长时间炒,否则豆芽出水,口感也不会好。
