一口一个不停嘴——香香脆脆的千层派式小饼
老公不太爱吃饼干之类的点心,
但是就对这款香香脆脆的派式小饼情有独钟。
家里几乎常备着,
过些日子总让我做一回,
他说太腻太甜的东西不适合他,
这款派式小饼,
吃起来嘎巴烂脆滴,
余味香香甜甜滴,
狠对他滴的胃。
看来这不经意的小点心,还挺讨人欢心.
其实,最早是有一次我做挞派剩下的皮子,
我简单将它做了饼干,
木有想到,口感非常不错。
后来,我在一本烘焙书时还真看到了类似的创意,哈哈,
方子很简单,
即使是烘焙新手完全可以做好。
就是将派皮创新了一下,
折折叠叠几次,
造就了小甜饼的香脆感和层次感,
再撒些糖粒就可以随便弄个造型,
小伙伴不妨一试。

Steps to make 一口一个不停嘴——香香脆脆的千层派式小饼

  • 1.1、将室温软化的黄油切小块,筛入面粉,加入细砂糖,拌成粗砂粒。
  • 2.2、中间弄个洞,倒入盐水和成面团,放保鲜代里冷藏1小时后取出,面板上撒上面,放上面团,杆成长方形面饼。
  • 3.3、面饼两边三分之一处向中间折,折好放冷藏30分钟。取出面饼杆平,折叠方向和刚才不同,旋转90度,再像上次那样折,再冷藏30分钟。再取出再杆平再旋转90度,再折叠再冷藏30分钟。
  • 4.4、面板上先撒些粗糖粒,再取出面饼后再杆平,扎上小孔,再表面撒上粗糖,略杆一下,用模具切割好铺到烤盘,烤箱预热190度烤18分钟左右即可。
