Steps to make 板栗炖鸡

  • 1.一个大鸡腿和一个小鸡腿剁成栗子大小的块。去皮栗子180g。姜3片,葱3段,大蒜1粒切片,红辣椒适量。
  • 2.鸡块冷水下锅,水开后煮一分钟捞出,用热水冲洗干净。
  • 3.炒锅加少许油,把毛栗子下锅炒至油润后盛出。
  • 4.炒锅洗净,重新加油,下入葱姜蒜,红辣椒。
  • 5.加入控过水的鸡块,翻炒均匀。
  • 6.加料酒1大勺。
  • 7.蚝油1勺。
  • 8.糖5g。
  • 9.生抽1大勺。
  • 10.翻炒至鸡块上色。
  • 11.再加入板栗翻炒几下,接着加入没过鸡肉的温水。
  • 12.大火烧开,盖盖小火慢炖大约20-30分钟。
  • 13.尝尝肉和栗子的软硬,再决定是否开大火收汁。
  • 14.鸡肉鲜美,栗子软糯。
