红烧鸭子
一改以往用啤酒来做的鸭子,今用各种酱料制作而,口感依然不错,中辣在我能接受的范围内~好吃*。

  • 土鸭半只
  • 洋葱半个
  • 彩椒半个
  • 青椒半个
  • 1块
  • 干辣椒5个
  • 八角4个
  • 红油豆瓣酱1匙
  • 蚝油1匙
  • 红色腐乳1块
  • 白糖半勺
  • 大蒜半个
  • 料酒1匙

Steps to make 红烧鸭子

  • 1.将半只鸭子洗净剁成小块。
  • 2.准备好配菜和佐料。
  • 3.上锅入适量水,放入鸭块煮开出油沫关火。
  • 4.捞出过清水洗掉浮油沫。
  • 5.将配菜佐料洗净切好。
  • 6.碗里调入一块红腐乳,一匙红油豆瓣酱,蚝油,料酒,白糖和适量酱油碾碎成酱料。
  • 7.上油锅,煸香姜蒜八角辣椒。
  • 8.放入鸭块炒至干身微焦。
  • 9.加人调好的酱料。
  • 10.翻炒片刻入味。
  • 11.加人没过鸭块的清水。
  • 12.盖紧大火烧开,转小火慢煮至汤汁差不多浓稠。
  • 13.打开锅盖,放入洋葱大椒配菜。(此刻如果不够咸的话,可适当调入少许酱油盐)
  • 14.大火翻炒至配菜断生即可。
  • 15.成品。
