Steps to make 小猪紫薯包

  • 1.准备食材:紫薯、中筋粉、白砂糖等食材;
  • 2.紫薯蒸熟去皮,料理机打碎,加入白砂糖、玉米油炒成紫薯馅;其中留20克紫薯泥做小猪的嘴巴、耳朵。
  • 3.面粉加入酵母、白砂糖,揉光滑的白面团,其中30克面粉加紫薯泥揉成紫薯面团,静放让其发酵二倍大。
  • 4.发酵好的面团,再次揉,排气;
  • 5.分成大小等分的小面团;
  • 6.用擀面杖擀成包子皮;
  • 7.放入炒的紫薯馅,包成包子;
  • 8.紫薯面团,用擀面杖擀成面皮;
  • 9.用模具或剪刀,做出嘴巴、耳朵形状;
  • 10.把嘴巴、耳朵形状贴在做好的包子上,再用黑芝麻做眼睛黏住;
  • 11.包好的包子,放入蒸笼,静放10分钟,水煮沸之后放入,蒸约15分钟,关火3分钟,即可。
