据印度亚洲通讯社近日报道,美国芝加哥洛约拉大学医学中心的研究人员发现,咖喱中含有一种姜黄色素的化学物质,可以阻止癌细胞增殖,对预防癌症、特别是白血病效果明显。另外, 姜黄色素还可以消除吸烟和加工食品对身体产生的有害作用。研究还发现,咖喱中含的其他成分孜然芹和胡荽等物质对心脏有益。
玉米笋的食用部位为籽粒尚未隆起的幼嫩果穗,其营养丰富,每千克鲜玉米笋中含蛋白质29.9克、糖19.1克、脂肪1.5克、维生素B1:0.5毫克、维生素B2:0.8毫克、维生素C110毫克、铁6.2毫克、磷500毫克、钙374毫克,还含有多种人体必须的氨基酸。
玉米笋的起源与甜玉米相同,在美国生产较多。中国近几年才有少量种植,分布在少数大城市附近。玉米笋的食用部位为籽粒尚未隆起的幼嫩果穗,营养丰富。

Steps to make 鲜香浓厚的滋味----【玉米笋咖喱鸡】

  • 1.鸡腿取肉切丁(骨头可煲汤),用盐和料酒、少量生粉腌制。
  • 2.玉米笋切成2段,洋葱切小,胡萝卜切丁,青椒切丁。
  • 3.锅内放油,放入鸡腿肉炒至变色,乘出。
  • 4.用剩下的少量油,加入胡萝卜炒一下。
  • 5.再加入洋葱炒香。
  • 6.加入炒好的鸡肉和玉米笋,兑水,盖过材料。
  • 7.准备好咖喱。
  • 8.煮开后先加入一块咖喱溶化,一边搅动,以防粘锅。
  • 9.加入青椒的同时再加入一块咖喱,一边搅。
