  • 1.可可粉和低筋面粉称重拌匀。
  • 2.各种材料称重。
  • 3.把黄油室温融化加入白糖。
  • 4.打匀,分次加入蛋液,每一次都打匀后再加入下一次。
  • 5.黄油打发成羽毛状,发白即可。
  • 6.筛入可可粉低筋粉的混合粉。
  • 7.充分拌匀。
  • 8.放到裱花袋中,挤到学厨曲奇烤盘上,这个过程要比较用力。
  • 9.挤好了,这个量正好一盘。
  • 10.烤箱200度预热,190度15分钟即可,放到烤箱里等到温度降低在拿出来。
  • 11.轻轻一晃就脱模。
  • 12.酥脆好吃,香味浓郁。
