Steps to make 牛肉鸡蛋千层酥

  • 1.将肉末放在锅里,中火,将其逼出水,勺去水,加适量花椒粉、胡椒粉、生抽、糖、白兰地,搅拌均匀,煸肉末至水基本干,肉末发出香味,盛起备用;
  • 2.蛋打散打匀,用迷你平底锅煎成薄块;
  • 3.切成面坯的形状,其实不切也可以,只是没那么美观;
  • 4.将牛肉粒平铺在面坯上,用手轻轻压一压,使面坯能粘住牛肉碎;
  • 5.烤盘喷一层油,用扫扫均匀,放面坯,放入烤箱烤至面坯能升高和变成金黄色,参考数据为约15分钟,325--350F;
  • 6.烤好后盖上蛋皮,OK。
