最后的一点苏麻红糖馅,决定把它当做红糖烤成无油的全麦马芬。可是,竟然忘记了预热烤箱。直到开始拌面糊的时候才想起来。烤箱只预热了五分钟。进入烤箱之后,忽然担心起炉温不够来。终究没能忍住,将温度上拨了些许。平静的面糊逐渐有了动静。慢慢隆起的表面让人放下心来,起码,它不会变成一坨死面。然而,奇特的现象出现了。随着面糊渐渐隆起,并豁开口子,逐渐开始有“岩浆”涌出来,并渐渐溢出杯口,沿着纸杯外侧流下。一时间呆住了——象鼻再现!
