Steps to make 鲜奶油玛芬蛋糕

  • 1.准备好材料。泡打粉、低筋面粉、混合过筛。鸡蛋打散,提前软化的黄油加白砂糖、盐。
  • 2.黄油加糖、盐打发。加入淡奶油,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.加入蛋液搅拌均匀。蛋液分次加入。
  • 4.加入牛奶搅拌均匀。
  • 5.加入面粉和泡打粉。
  • 6.用橡皮刮刀翻拌均匀。
  • 7.加入葡萄干,翻拌均匀。
  • 8.将蛋糕糊平均分装在蛋糕纸杯中,八分满。
  • 9.表面装饰葡萄干,送入预热180度的烤箱中层,上下火烤25分钟左右,烤盘移至上层再烤2-3分钟上色。
  • 10.用竹签插入蛋糕中间无蛋糕糊粘住即成。放凉后的蛋糕密封保存。
